This practical, convenient and cheap solution can be used for the transport and handling of hatching eggs when the eggcrate arrive in the hatchery from the breeder farm or of the table eggs when the egg basket reaches the grading & packing center.

A key-point is represented by the design: the bottom of the egg crate is provided with specific openings permitting to insert a dedicated metal structure, which facilitates the Filling & Emptying operations of the basket with egg trays full of 30 eggs each.
